XD's MC License - NOTICE

These Minecraft Mods (the "Mods") are created and maintained by XDPXI. By using the Mods, you agree to follow this license.

You may:
- Use the Mods in modpacks from CurseForge or Modrinth.
- Fork or modify the Mods, provided you share 50% of any revenue with XDPXI.
- Use the Mods as a library or dependency in your own projects.
- Reuse small portions of code (like individual functions or build scripts) in non-competing projects.

You may not:
- Reupload the Mods to unauthorized hosting sites.
- Re-license the Mods under a different license.
- Directly override the JAR files in a modpack.
- Copy substantial parts of the Mods or create competing Mods using the code.

The Mods are provided “as-is” without any warranty. XDPXI is not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from use. Use at your own risk.

Governing law: New South Wales, Australia.  
Any disputes shall be handled in NSW courts.  
Violations may be enforced via DMCA, equivalent takedown requests, revenue claims, or legal action worldwide.
